Our studio is a friendly, welcoming, intimate space offering small classes.  Our teachers are experienced in providing modifications and classes to meet the needs and limitations of the students.  While some of our classes offer more intensity, students at all levels of practice are welcome in any of our classes.

All Levels Flow & Lunch Hour Yoga with Josie

This 60-minute, all levels practice focuses on building strength, opening, lengthening an toning the body.  This coupled with breath work helps cultivate balance in the mind and body.    Using a vinyasa or continuous flow of postures style.  Modifications offered for beginners.

Yoga Hour with AmySue

60-minute Hatha yoga class with a slow and steady flow concentrating on alignment, guided by breath.  Incorporating meditation, pranayama and intention for each practice.  Catering to all levels and offering modifications for all poses.  No previous yoga experience necessary.

Vinyasa Flow with Mady

In this 60-minute class, move fluidly through powerful and energetic movements while connecting with the breath.  Stretch, tone and detoxify your body while building strength, body awareness and balance.  Moderate to intermediate level, with modifications offered for beginners.  Warm room.

Center & Stretch with Amanda

This 75-minute class begins and ends with 5-10 minutes of centering meditation.  With a heavy focus on warming up and slower transitions, a good fit for beginners or students looking for a relaxing practice with deep stretching.   We strive to find the balance between intensity and restoration, allow our breath to guide us and connect deeply with the self and the present moment in a non-judgmental way.   All levels welcome.  Room is kept at a cooler temperature.
