Our experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselors provide innovative, individualized, compassionate therapy.  We have extensive clinical experience in dealing with diverse client populations and issues, enhancing relationships and helping our clients achieve their goals and develop increased awareness around the choices they make in their lives. We are yoga teachers, as well as therapists, and embrace a holistic perspective integrating the mind and body.  In addition to traditional cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques, you may be interested in exploring practices such as meditation, deep breathing techniques, visualization, restorative yoga or progressive relaxation.

Our spa-like office setting offers a comfortable, relaxing and discreet environment.  We are also stocked with therapeutic toys and art supplies and employ play therapy techniques to help children resolve conflicts by using their natural language.  Therapy clients receive a discount on wellness services.  We are a private pay practice, however, our affordable rates are sometimes equivalent to insurance co-pays.  We can also supply documentation for you to be reimbursed for out of network services, if necessary.
